Hi! Newbie here, needs some help from you guys.

guys i need some help over this site. I want to redesign the site to make it look more slick and professional.
Can anyone give me some advice on what will i change on the present design?

Any suggestions and recommendations will do, Thanks a lot in advance!

Good idea, well placed flash interactions can really enhance a user's overall experience with a website. Just be careful not to over-do it, you have to find the right balance.

If you could possibly post a few flash templates you've found, maybe the other users would join in and post some of their own as well? I've used a few flash elements from flashxml.net over the years in various projects. The prices and quality are usually very reasonable.
