How do you wash your clothes?

so that it does not fade or shrink.
i wash everything i cold/cold and dry on med.
but my clothes seem to shrink (or im gaining weight =)
and still get faded.
im not very domesticated and im young. is this right?
any advise?

If you wash your cloth then first in water mix some detergent powder and put cloths in that water.After some time you start your washing mashing and all cloth are put in the machine to set time in it.

Collect all your soiled clothes from the rooms, or wherever you keep them. Keep in mind to look under your bed. Make sure you find everything.
